By accessing or using AlphaFinder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AlphaFinder.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AlphaFinder. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Prediction market participation may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions — it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of prediction markets complies with applicable laws.

AlphaFinder is an analyst-powered prediction market analysis platform that provides:

• Market analysis and probability estimates for prediction markets on Polymarket, Kalshi, and other platforms
• Edge detection — identifying estimated gaps between market prices and analyst-assessed probabilities
• Research reports with cited sources and methodology
• Screening and filtering tools for discovering opportunities
• Alert notifications for new opportunities matching your criteria
• Position sizing suggestions based on Kelly Criterion

AlphaFinder does not operate a prediction market exchange. We do not facilitate, broker, or execute trades. We are an independent analysis platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, or any other exchange unless expressly stated.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the platform's content as such. AlphaFinder does not recommend that any prediction market contract, security, token, or other instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you.

The analysis, opinions, and probability estimates presented on this platform reflect the views of our research team and AI models and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any edge, alpha, APY, or return estimate shown on this platform is based on analyst opinion and market data at a specific point in time. It does not guarantee future performance. Prediction markets involve significant risk, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

The "edge" displayed is an estimated gap between our analyst assessment and the prevailing market price — it is not a guaranteed profit. Market conditions change rapidly and our estimates may be incorrect.

AlphaFinder offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly)
• Billing begins immediately upon subscription and renews automatically
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information directly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. AlphaFinder is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

All content on AlphaFinder — including but not limited to analysis, research reports, probability estimates, scoring models, text, graphics, and software — is the property of AlphaFinder and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

While we strive for accuracy, AlphaFinder makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information, analysis, or related data found on the platform. Market data is sourced from third-party exchanges and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.

In no event shall AlphaFinder, its operators, analysts, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on information provided through this platform. This includes, without limitation, any losses from trading activity based on our analysis.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform beyond normal usage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring models or proprietary algorithms
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our analysis without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or server infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. If you have an active subscription, you may contact us for a prorated refund at our discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
